ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Telemarketing Administrator :

Scope

 

The Telemarketing Administrator is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals by working with the Partner Hub Manager and the Marketing Managers to follow up on marketing activities with channel partners across Africa.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual goals through strong collaboration with partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, and works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Drive attendance to events and training by calling invitees and reminding them to register and attend the activities• Follow up on leads from marketing activities (road shows, mail shots etc), including appointment setting for local sales force• Reactivate dormant partners by informing them of the latest products and promotions across all of the brands offered by the company• Maintaining and updating the central database• Executes pro-active sales campaigns in conjunction with the Partner Hub Manager and the Marketing Managers • Supporting local channel partner marketing campaigns• Issue and follow up on Payment Letters and Invoices for the Partner Hub Academy courses

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

• Bachelor degree in Business administration- Marketing • 0 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing• Good command of the English and French languages

• Administration accuracy• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office• Excellent telephone manner• Team Player• Excellent verbal/written skills necessary. • Excellent presentation and negotiation to interface with partners
