Technical Pre-sales Consultant - Dell Technologies

ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Technical Pre-sales Consultant - Dell Technologies:

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:o Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.o Design and present comprehensive and customized technical solutions using Dell Technologies products and services. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions on a need basis.o Address technical questions and concerns during customer interactions. Act as a technical advisor and consultant for customers, providing insights and recommendations. o Provide technical guidance and assistance in responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other customer inquiries.2. Collaboration with Sales Teams:o Work closely with the sales team to build strong relationships with customers  and support the sales process and strategies.3. Training and Knowledge Transfer:o Train internal teams and customers on Dell Technologies products and solutions.o Keep the sales and technical teams updated on new product releases and enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise:o Possess in-depth knowledge of Dell Technologies products, solutions, and services.o Stay up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure industry trends and technologies.2. Communication Skills:o Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.o Team Spirito Ability to vulgarize technology3. Problem-Solving:o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.4. Education and Certifications:o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).o Relevant certifications in Dell Technologies products are a plus.
