System Engineer

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated System Engineer to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, document, communicate then mitigate System Incidents

2. Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

3. Oversee continuous service level improvement initiatives associated with core processes and mission-critical systems

4. Perform Asset Management - Maintain server room physical & digital assets, escalate critical issues.

5. Support employees and stakeholders for issues related to IT malfunctions. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology or communications engineering

• 3- 5 years of experience

• Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus

• Excellent project management skills are essential.

  1. Solid working knowledge of proprietary IT technologies, including MS Azure Administration, O365 Administration, MySQL Server administration, Windows Server administration, Exchange Server, Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM....) and Active Directory

  2. Microsoft Certification
