ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Service and Support Sales Admin Coordinator:

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

• Handling the service  contracts with customers.• Controlling the quality of the  information of the contracts• Coordinating with pre sales team and handling services, support and software orders.• Registering supplier invoices and issuing sales invoices on ERP.• Producing and forwarding related   reports to the stakeholders• Handling shipments of spare parts. • Handling the circulation of  documents  between stakeholders

 

Requirements and skills:

 

• 1-2 years of experience• Good command of Microsoft applications• Working knowledge of English, French and Arabic• Multitasking• Knowledge of ERP, PC knowledge and logistics.• Good understanding of the sales administration rules and procedures.
