CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Senior Trade Operations Officer to join our Supply Chain dynamic team.
You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling orders that have payment terms: Letter of credits - LC, Documentary collection (Remise Documentaire), Import- Export, Free transfers
- Issuing quotations to customers.
- Liaising with customers and banks to approve drafts of letters of credits.
- Collaborating with suppliers for orders placement and follow-up.
- Engaging with freight forwarders for shipments.
- Submitting documents to the banks and follow up on payments.
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in trade finance operations within a banking or financial institution.
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
