ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Sales Administrative Coordinator:
• Process orders in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary details and related documents are collected from the Account Manager.• Accurately import all relevant data into the system.• Follow up and track all orders with suppliers on a daily basis.• Register supplier invoices in the system and collaborate with the accounting/finance team to ensure timely payment to local suppliers.• Effectively communicate all order information to the team.• Organize and maintain the archiving of all sales documents.• Coordinate customer deliveries and collect signed documents in return.• Update the Receivables Registry and proactively work towards timely collection of payments.• Provide competitive quotations.
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.• 2-5 years of experience in sales support / order processing• Fluent in English, French is a plus• Negotiation skills
