Product Manager – DELL , HPE

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Product  Manager Dell, HPE (laptops & servers) to spearhead our relationship with vendors, driving engagement and success within our Africa Distribution team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual business plan
• Drive vendor engagement and channel development
• Establish the local channel terms and conditions framework aligned with Group financial guidelines and plan 
• Manage forecasting, inventory, and profitability
• Lead and mentor a capable commercial team
• Ensure market expansion and contract continuity
• Drive robust sales management and sales forecast processes, delivering predictable revenue and cash flow
• Ensure the conditions for the optimal time to market of resources and technology. 
• Establish a yearly calendar for planning sessions, business reviews, and sales calls. 
• Provide mentorship, training, and professional development of team members. 

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in distribution laptops and servers (Dell, HPE, HPI, Thomson, Lenovo, Acer)
• Recent relevant certification is a must
• Team building, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration
• Based in Lebanon, willing to travel
