Order Processing Coordinator

Computer Information Systems (CIS) Group is a leading information systems supplier in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) market in Europe, Africa, and the Near East.

We are looking for an Order Processing Coordinator with or without experience (2 years maximum)

What you will do:

·        Prepare and place orders with suppliers and make sure they are booked accordingly.

·        Escalate problems to sales team and ensure they are solved with suppliers.

·        Update regularly the sales team on the status of each order.

·        Make sure orders are shipped as scheduled and receive/check shipment details (Supplier invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, transportation document, etc…).

·        Place claims with suppliers and follow up accordingly.

·        Register Supplier invoices on ERP.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.

·  Excellent command in English
