Description

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Network Support Engineer. to join our dynamic team. 

You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.

 

Tasks:

 

  • Installation and Configuration, for all kind of networking devices and appliances.
  • Debugging, problem solving and escalation of critical problems.
  • Customer support.

 

Required Competencies: 

 

Technical 

  • Routing and Switching experience (HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks).
  • Security experience in Firewalls (Fortinet). 
  • VOIP (Cisco, Avaya) is a plus.
  • Professional technical certifications in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in English, French and Arabic.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Degree from a recognized university in Computer Engineering or any related technical major.
  • More than 3 years of experience in IT networking
