Junior HR Officer

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior HR Officer to join our dynamic team. 

You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and coordinate administrative tasks related to HR.
• Collect, verify, and file all employees’ required HR documents.
• Maintain and update the employee database and personnel records.
• Handle the onboarding process and ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
• Provide guidance to new hires on company policies, internal regulations, dress code, holidays, etc.
• Administer attendance and leave systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and generate requested HR reports: attendance, leave, headcount,
• Support other HR-related administrative tasks as required.

Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative HR functions.
• Languages: Arabic, English, and French.
