Cybersecurity Presales Engineer

ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for a Cybersecurity Presales Engineer:

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer requirements and devise suitable solution designs with comprehensive technical explanations.2. Generate Bill of Materials (BoM) for proposed solutions, including pricing.3. Respond to customer tenders and inquiries related to the products and solutions represented.4. Provide regular reporting on sales activities to Company management.5. Develop a deep technical and functional knowledge of the products and solutions represented to drive effective sales results.6. Stay informed about competitors and competitive products to strategically position our offerings.7. Conduct presentations on the proposed products and solutions.8. Collaborate and coordinate with other sales and technical personnel.9. Enhance customer satisfaction through unwavering commitment and the quality of work.10. Communicate and coordinate with Partners' SEs (Sales Engineers) and AMs (Account Managers) to achieve design and sales targets.11. Stay up to date with the latest Partner Technologies by attending technology seminars, webcasts, and more.12. Obtain Partner certifications in various fields and solutions.13. Represent the company in a professional manner, building positive relationships with clients and partners for the company's benefit.

Requirements and skills:

• University degree in Computer Communication Engineering or Computer Science.• 1 to 5 years of experience in presales, presentations, and sales support in the Cybersecurity field.• Knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), email gateway protection, web gateway protection, and load balancing solutions.• Strong background in Network and IT.• Previous experience in cybersecurity technical evaluations (e.g., vulnerability assessments, penetration testing).• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
