Description

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Credit Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve the credit policy and approval framework in alignment with business strategy.
  • Conduct financial due diligence on new and existing customers, including analysis of financial statements, cash flow, leverage, and payment behavior.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess customer creditworthiness and exposure, particularly for IT projects, SaaS contracts, and long-term service agreements.
  • Review, approve, and monitor credit limits, payment terms, guarantees, and securities in accordance with delegated financial authority.
  • Act as the main point of contact with credit insurance providers, including:
    • Submitting credit limit requests
    • Managing insured exposures
    • Following up on limit approvals, renewals, and cancellations
    • Coordinating claims and recovery processes when applicable
  • Provide financial approval and risk recommendations for:
    • New customer onboarding
    • Contract renewals and extensions
    • Exceptional payment terms or commercial deviations
  • Closely monitor accounts receivable aging, identify high-risk accounts, and define mitigation actions.
  • Lead and support collections strategy while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts, payment terms, and risk clauses.
  • Escalate high-risk exposures and overdue accounts to senior management with clear risk assessments.
  • Prepare and present credit risk dashboards and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and credit insurance policy conditions.

 

Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • 7 to 8 years of experience in credit management, financial analysis, or risk management, preferably in IT, technology, software, or services sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with credit insurance and external risk mitigation tools.
  • Strong background in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and credit approvals.
