Cost Controller

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Cost Controller to join our dynamic team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control operational and project costs against approved budgets
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and financial performance
• Prepare accurate and timely cost reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable insights
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvement
• Develop interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Present financial data through charts, graphs, and KPIs for management
• Translate complex data into clear, visual insights to support decision-making
• Automate reporting processes and enhance data visibility
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate cost planning
• Update forecasts based on actual performance and trends
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is highly preferred
• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to present data in a clear and visual format
