Administrative Coordinator

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated for an Administrative Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinates orders placement and follow up.
• Manage Accurately input data into various systems and databases
• Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Route general incoming and outgoing sales emails, sales calls, and other forms of communication.
• Prioritize and redirect communications to the appropriate individuals or departments.
• Handle with suppliers all kinds of claims, rebates, and marketing requests.
• Organize dashboards for suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers interactions and agreements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support program goals.
• Address and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent degree
• Fluent in English, French is a plus.
• 0 – 3 years of experience, previous experience in operations, logistics or administrative roles is a major plus.
