Job TypeDuties/Responsibilities:
· Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
· Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
· Develop and maintain a filing system
· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
· Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
· Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
Requirements and skills:
· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Attention to detail and problem solving skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
· Bachelor degree in Business Management or any related field is preferred.
· Strong command in English & French
