Accounting Team Leader

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Accounting Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

Main Tasks:

• Supervise, coach, and develop the team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local/state regulations, and international accounting standards.
• Compile, analyze, and validate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Reconcile banks, clients and suppliers’ statements
• Oversee internal audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Compute and validate taxes, ensuring timely compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors for year-end closing and financial statements submission.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper archiving of documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. MBA or professional certifications are a plus (CPA, CA..).
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance including team management
• Languages: Arabic, English, French
• Experience in international context, multi-sites company

• Strong experience in international and multi-site company environments.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
