Whistleblowing and Reporting Mechanism

CIS Group maintains a formal whistle‑blowing and reporting mechanism as part of its Anti‑Corruption Policy and overall Compliance framework. All employees and external stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, agents, and other third parties are encouraged to report any actual or suspected breach of CIS Group policies, applicable laws, or our Code of Conduct to ensure that each company runs legally and ethically as per the regulations.

Confidentiality is protected throughout the process to the fullest extent possible, with all investigation records securely retained. Retaliation against anyone reporting a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
