The leadership event that takes place on a quarterly basis, will be held next year on the 6th and 7th of February, at Royal Hotel, Dbayeh, Lebanon.
The last meeting of the year 2016 was held on the 13th and 14th of October, for the following reasons:
-To have each entity present its financials, cost of business, and turnover forecasts
-To review the 9 tactical and strategic initiatives, project milestones and progress, to take necessary actions when needed
-To analyze current challenges from the financial, business, internal, and external matrix
-To review opportunities carefully
-To study the viability of local entities versus the principle of 20% of customers bringing in 80% of the business
-To discuss alignment, group strategies, and culture
