Job Description

 

-Develop annual business plans – which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, and focus on meeting or exceeding the sales quota.
-Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
-Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
-Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
-Maintain existing and develop new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison; in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
-Develop clear and effective quotations for current and prospective customers.
-Use and update customer and prospects customer relationship management tools and systems.
-Plan/execute/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing)
-Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, and provide relevant reports and information.
-Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
-Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics in order to accomplish the work required to close sales deals.

 

Job Requirements

 

-A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
-Being trilingual: French, English, and Arabic
-3-5 years of sales experience
-Enthusiasm, motivation, Organization
-Experience with enterprise software solutions and large complex organizations.
-Extensive experience in all aspects of negotiation.
-Customer-focus
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
-Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
-Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
