Job Description

 

-Develop annual business plan – in conjunction with the Sales Manager – which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, and focuses on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
-Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact; towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
-Maintain existing and develop new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison; in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
-Develop clear and effective quotations for current and prospective customers.
-Use and update customer and prospects’ Customer Relationship Management systems.
-Plan/execute/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales; and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (product launches, promotions, advertising, and exhibitions).
-Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
-Manage Fujitsu Enterprise (Server and Storage) from solution configuration to partners supports in quotes and deals. He/she must successfully achieve all the required certifications to become a Fujitsu Certified Partner.
-Develop product sales and market, building clients relation based on trust, transparency, and follow up.
-Act as a Product Manager for Commercial and Consumer Products (Laptops & Desktops) and handle ordering and market positioning.
-Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics in order to accomplish the work required to close sales deals.

 

Job Requirements

 

-University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
-Knowledge of Oracle products, Fujitsu, and EMC
-Enthusiasm, motivation, and organization
-Extensive experience in all aspects of negotiation,
-Customer-focus
-A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
-Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
-Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
-2 to 3 years of experience in Pre-sales and Sales.
